高中学生“五能”综合素养评价实践探索

摘要 自2010年9月起,上海市格致中学逐步建立和实施了"‘五能’学生综合素养评价和保障体系",每学期为每位学生形成一份"五能雷达图",形象、直观地展现学生的综合素养。"‘五能’学生综合素养评价和保障体系"在不断调整和改进中成型,到目前为止已实施了三轮。在第一轮,学校确定试点班级,明确评价原则和评价体系;在第二轮,用好"五能雷达图",深化评价内涵,对学生综合素养的变化实施动态跟踪;在第三轮,建立"学生成长树",呈现多元化的评价结果。 Since September 2010, Gezhi High School Shanghai has gradually established and implemented the "Five -quality" students' comprehensive quality assessment and guarantee system which form a Five -quality radar map for each student in each semester to show students' comprehensive qualities intuitively. The system, formed in constant adjustment and improvement, has imposed three rounds so far. In the first round, pilot classes were selected, assessment principles and system were defined. In the second round, we deepened the connotation of the assessment and implemented dynamic tracing to the changes of students' comprehensive quality. In the third round, Student Growing Tree was established to present the diversification of assessment results.
