对新高考改革方案实施办法的探究

The Study on the Implementation of New College Entrance Examination Reform Plan

高考制度是我国教育的一项基本制度,建国以来,根据国情和教育发展的需要,在实践中不断探索、发展和完善。2014年9月国务院针对现行高考制度中社会广泛关注的问题,发布了新的高考改革实施意见,实行基础文化学科统一考试、高中学生学业水平考试、学生综合素质评价方法,从高考对基础教育的导向来说,应将自选学科的考试成绩直接与基础文化学科(语数外)考试成绩相加,参加高校招生录取分数排名。同时,还需要将非选学科等列入考核范围。只有将高考成绩与高中学业水平考试及学生综合素质评价密切挂钩,才能确保新高考改革方案的有效实施。

The national college entrance examination system is a basic system of education in our country. According to the national conditions and the need of educational development, the system has been explored, developed and improved. In September 2014, the State Council of the People＇ s Republic of China formulated new college entrance examination reform in view of the widespread concern on current college entrance examination system. In the light of new college entrance examination reform plan, this paper attempts to propose corresponding implementation measures mainly from the aspects of unified examination of basic academic subjects, high school academic proficiency test, comprehensive ability assessment and the combination of the above three.
