2种氢氧化钙制剂的根管消毒效果

摘要 目的 观察 2种氢氧化钙类根管消毒材料的临床效果。方法 用氢氧化钙药尖、VITAPEX作为根管消毒材料 ,观察它们在 178例急慢性牙随炎和急慢性根尖周炎患者治疗中的临床疗效。结果  90例牙髓炎中 ,97.7% (氢氧化钙药尖组 )和 95 .7% (VITAPEX组 )的病例 ,以及 88例根尖周炎中 ,90 .9% (氢氧化钙药尖组 )和 93.1% (VITAPEX组 )的病例在封药后均有很好的临床效果。结论 氢氧化钙药尖和VI TAPEX是一种良好的根管消毒材料 ,可成为常规的根管消毒剂。 Objective To observe the effect of two types of calium hydroxide in root canal disinfection.Methods 178 patients with pulptitis and apical periodontitis were treated with calcium hydroxide gutta and Vitapex ointment to disinfect root canal seperately.Results 97.7% patients of pulptitis and 90.9% patients of apical periodontitis treated by calcium hydroxide gutta have got effective clinical result;95.5% patients of pulptitis and 93.1% patients of apical periodontitis treated by Vitapex ointment have got effective result. The difference of result between the two groups was not significant statistically.Conclusion Calcium hydroxide gutta and Vitapex ointment can be used in root canal disinfection instead of phenols and aldehyde materials.
