43例成品桩断裂的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 43 cases of broken ready-made dental posts

目的 分析成品桩断裂好发部位与牙桩钉受力关系。方法 通过临床及X光片观察断桩与牙面根管口的关系 ,观察所取出断桩与原成品桩的对应关系。结果 4 3例断桩均为成品桩 ,断裂位于成品桩靠近固位盘根方的沟槽处 ,断桩面与牙根管口平齐或位于根管口下 0～ 3mm之间。槽柱形成品桩钉多在根方沟槽处断裂。结论 桩冠桩钉的沟槽部应避开安放在根管口及其下 3mm范围内 ,最好选择作桩核冠 。

Objective To analyze the relationship of force and breaking risk part of ready-made dental posts.Methods The relationship between the broken dental posts and the root canal orifice is observed by clinical and X-Ray radiograph,the relationship between the broken dental posts and ready-made posts is studied.Results 43 cases of broken dental posts were all ready-made posts,The cracks of the posts were located at the gap of the ready-made post-root near the retention disk leveling the root canal orifice or below it about 0 to 3mm. The ready-made post is broken mainly at the gap of root part.Conclusion The post crown should avoid being located on the root canal orifice or below it about 3mm.The best way is to have cast core crown made. The post crown should be used with caution.
