For these restrictive factors, it puts forward relevant suggestions that the government needs to simplify administrative procedures and cancel mandatory supervision gradually, advocating multi-level supervision consulting companies, tring out personal consulting practice mode, building supervision quality evaluation system, supervision integrity and dynamic regulatory mechanisms, reforming supervision bidding evaluation method, etc. so as to promote the development of the industry.
