施工图设计阶段BIM模型的工程算量问题研究

Research on Engineering Budgeting of BIM in Construction Drawing Design Stage

从BIM应用于建筑工程算量的角度,建立工程算量模式评价标准;采用归类分析、实例验证及比较分析等方法,证明在施工图设计阶段合理使用BIM软件建模,可以直接、快速、精确地计算大多数工程计量项目的工程量。研究显示出BIM在工程造价方面的优势,为BIM今后应用于工程造价管理提供参考。

From the perspective of BIM application in building quantity, the paper establishes the evaluation criteria of engineering budgeting model. By using methods of classification analysis and example verification, it proves that in the construction design stage, the suitable use of BIM software can directly, rapidly and accurately calculate the quantities of most engineering measurement project. The results shows the advantage of the BIM in cost, provides a reference for the future use of BIM to solve the problems of the construction cost.
