摘要
我国应用技术大学以技术应用为主线构建课程体系,注重知识和技术的实际应用,肩负服务地方经济建设、国家技术创新和促进人的全面发展等多重使命。建设应用技术大学既是我国产业升级的内在需求和优化高等教育结构、完善现代职业教育体系的切入点,也是地方本科院校可持续发展的重要方略。只有坚持深化改革,注重开放融合,着力队伍建设,增加专项投入,优化学科专业结构,创新人才培养模式,才能形成开放与灵活的策略和机制,从而减少转型发展中思维定势的阻抗和不确定性因素的干扰。
Universities of applied technology in China construct curriculum systems by using technology as the main line, pay attention to the practical application of knowledge and technology, shoulder multiple missions, such as the services of local economic construction and national technical innovation system, the promotions of human' s all-round development and so on. Constructing universities of applied technology is not only the key to the internal demand of industrial upgrading, the optimization of adjusting higher education structure and the improvement of modern vocational education system in China, but also the important strategy for the sustainable development of local undergraduate institutions. Only by the ways of deepening reform unswervingly, emphasizing opening-up and cooperation, focusing on team construction, increasing special investment, optimizing the structure of academic disciplines and specialties, and innovating the modes of personnel training, can we form open and flexible strategies and mechanisms, and thus reduce the impedance of mind-set and the interference of uncertainty factors in the transformation development.
