摘要
依托"国家大学生学习情况调查"平台,通过对18980名学生的满意度调查,探求高职院校学生学习过程所涉及的各要素对学习质量的解释力和影响力。调查表明:高职院校在校学生对于学习收获整体持肯定态度,教师教学是最具解释力的因子,人际关系成为高职学生学习收获认知新的增长点,而高职院校对学生学习提供的校园支持并没有达到理想状态。据此结果,建议高职院校进一步提高教师教学水平、注重引导学生建立良好的人际关系以及提高学生对学习资源获取的主动性。
Based on the data NCSS, the students' satisfaction survey involving 18980 students in China explores the effects of elements involved in the learning process on the quality of the study in higher vocational and technical colleges. The result has shown that, although students' learning satisfaction is positive , the influence factors on learing quality are still different.So some suggestions have been brought out: having a further improvement on the teaching level, emphasizing on guiding students to establish good interpersonal relationship and paying more attention to students' lack of initiative of learning resources..
