高职国际商务岗位群素质能力需求调查分析——以长江三角洲主要城市为例

Analysis on the Qualities and Abilities Requirements for International Business Posts Oriented Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Survey of Seven Major Cities in the Yangtze Delta Area

对长江三角洲主要城市的企业关于高职国际商务岗位群素质能力需求进行调查分析的结果显示,企业关注求职者英语应用能力、沟通表达能力、业务操作能力等专业素质,更关注求职者心理素质、协作精神和工作态度等职业素养。高职国际商务专业课程建设应强化基础知识教育,夯实学生技能发展根基;推进产教深度融合,增强学生实务操作能力;强化职业素养教育,提升学生职业发展潜力。

Survey of qualities and abilities requirements for International Business posts oriented majors in major cities in the Yangtze River Delta Areas shows that businesses concern not only about occupational qualities like English competence, communication skills and business operation, but also about professionalism like psychological qualities, cooperative spirit, and attitudes towards work for job applicants. Suggestions for courses constrnction in International Business majors in vocational colleges are that fundamental knowledge which is the base for development of students＇ skills must be strengthened, the in-depth integration of production and teaching which aims at improving students＇ practical operation skills ,nust be promoted, professionalism which aim to improve students＇ career development potential must be reinforced.
