体系重构：高职院校学生思想政治教育改革路径选择

The Reconstruction of the System: Reform of the Political and Ideological Education for Higher Vocational College Students

当前高职院校学生思想政治工作存在着条线管理、教育与教学割裂、理论与实践分离等问题。体系重构是提高高职院校学生思想政治教育工作实效性的途径之一。应探索建立"一体化"的工作体系、"三互式"的课程体系和"多元化"的评价体系,实现工作机制"教导合一"、课程改革"理实合一"和教育评价"知行合一"三大目标。

At present, some problems exist in the political and ideological education in higher vocational colleges, such as, vertical management, separating education from teaching, parting theory from practice . The reconstruction of the system is one of the ways to improve the effectiveness of the political and ideological education in higher vocational colleges. An integrated work system, a syncretical curriculum and a diversified evaluation system should be explored to attain the following goals. They are a working mechanism of integration with teaching and guiding, a curriculum reform of syncretic with theory and practice and a evaluation system of the unity with knowledge and action.
