金属烤瓷冠修复的最终效果与牙周组织健康与否密切相关 ,修复前应对牙龈状况作出评价 ,使牙龈在修复前处于最佳状态 ;修复过程中注意对牙周组织的保护 ,粘固后仍应定期检查 ,加强卫生宣教 ,本文就修复前后各阶段保护牙周健康的方法进行综述。

PFM is one of the types of fixed partial denture. The health of periodontal tissue is related to the prostheses. The gingival status should be evaluated before the prothesis to maintain the best status of it. It is important to protect the periodontium during the prosthetic treatment. After insertion, prostheses should be regularly examined and the necessity of oral health should be propagated. The method of protecting periodontium during the prosthetic treatment is reviewed in this article.
