学生干部担负着服务学生、协助学校管理工作的重要职能,是优秀高学历人才、社会主义接班人,是学生中各方面表现突出的"先锋队"。在高校的教学与管理过程中,学生干部发挥了重要的作用,成为学校与学生的重要纽带与桥梁。本文分析了当前高校学生干部培养机制存在的问题,提出了新时期高校学生干部培养机制创新的对策。

Students cadres take the responsibility of service,assistance the school management,who are highly educated talents,excellent successor of socialism,and pioneers of students. In the process of teaching and management in colleges and universities,student cadres play an important role,the important link between schools and their students. This essay analyzes the problems existing in the current college student cadre training mechanism,and puts forward the countermeasures of college student cadre training mechanism innovation in the new period.
