摘要
大学英语翻译教学现状不容乐观,本文在零度偏离理论的基础上对翻译的本质进行了重新定位,认为翻译是人类两种或两种以上语言理解、表达和转换以及跨文化交际能力的偏离表征,在此基础上结合大学英语翻译教学存在的问题,提出了改进措施。
The present teaching of college English translation is not so optimistic as what we have expected. Based on the zero-deviation theory,this essay redefined the nature of translation and argued that translation is the deviation schema of the understanding,expressing,transforming of two languages and the abilities of cross- cultural communication. According to this argument,suggestions for the improvements of college English translation teaching were made to resolve the problems.
