摘要
检调对接机制是检察机关实践社会矛盾化解的新举措。通过对南京市秦淮区人民检察院"海青工作室"检调对接实践的实证分析,力图放大"海青工作室"的示范效应,归纳总结出检调对接工作的一些成功的经验。
Procuratorial mediation is the paper analyze the three years cases mediated successful practice in procuratorial mediation, new measure practiced by procuratorial bureau. This by the ＂ hai-qing studio＂, and summarizes some of the trying to enlarge the ＂ hai-qing studio＂ demonstration effect.
