The New Change of the Outstanding Legal Talent Training Plan——Perspective of Respond to Student Work

卓越法律人才培养计划虽已实施三年多,但随着培养计划的深入进行,却面临着卓越法律人才培养计划与当前学生工作不协调的矛盾,因此,要处理好二者之间关系,学生工作就要在社会主义法治理念教育,课外合作学习、课外实践锻炼、职业道德培养等方面进行深化改革,以期配合卓越法律人才培养计划的顺利开展。

Outstanding legal talent training plan has been formally implemented for nearly three more years, outstanding legal talent cultivation has been the focus of academic discussion. But with training program conducting, Uncoordinated issues between the legal talent training programs and current students work has been faced. Therefore, properly handle the relationship between the two, we should deepening reform some area such as ： education about the socialist concept of rule of law, extracurricular learning, second class structures, legal ethics training, our hope is to help cultivate about outstanding legal talent.
