简化乙醇湿粘结对龋影响牙本质界面粘结微渗漏的影响

摘要 近年来,随着口腔粘结技术的不断发展,有学者提出了“乙醇湿粘结”的概念,即用梯度乙醇置换出牙本质基质中的水分并促进疏水性树脂渗入胶原纤维网状结构,形成高质量的疏水性混合层[1]。理论上,这种技术可以减少酸蚀脱钙的胶原基质的亲水性,允许疏水粘结剂单体渗透到脱钙胶原网络,防止形成界相分离[2‐3],能更好地抵抗口腔内的水解。但标准乙醇湿粘结技术操作繁琐,其乙醇梯度置换的过程约耗时4 min ,并不适用于临床工作。另外,目前“乙醇湿粘结”的研究多限于正常牙本质界面,但临床工作中,最常遇到的粘结界面是龋病影响牙本质(caries‐affected dentin ,CAD )。本研究通过在龋坏离体牙上制备窝洞获得CAD界面,分别采用传统水湿粘结和简化乙醇湿粘结方法粘结充填树脂,采用冷热循环实验和染色实验,评估简化乙醇湿粘结技术对牙本质粘结微渗漏的影响。
