浅析我院银医自助服务的实践与创新

摘要 随着医院信息化建设的不断深入,遂宁市中心医院与多家银行合作建设了银医自助服务系统,实行实名制自助挂号、预约挂号和自助缴费等一条龙服务,有效地分流了挂号病人,减少了病人挂号、就诊和缴费排队等候的时间,提高了患者就诊效率,同时,有效提高了医院的工作效率、服务水平和竞争力,为医院赢得了美誉。 With the development of hospital information construction, Suining Central Hospital and a number of banks to build the banking hospital Self-service system, the implementation of real-name system self-registration, appointment registration and self-service payment and other train services, effectively triage the patient registration reduced patient registration, treatment and payment queuing time, improve the efficiency of patient treatment, while effectively improve work efficiency, service level and competitiveness of the hospital, the hospital has won reputation.
