摘要 在钢铁制造业中,铁矿石作为一种炼铁材料,要准确分析它的成分,而要想得出铁矿石中总铁和硫含量的准确值,就必须利用X射线荧光光谱仪快速、准确、有效、自动化地分析铁矿石,这样才能够测出铁矿石中定量元素的含量,进而科学分析矿物质的效应,快速获得分析结果。经过相关数据处理后,通过质量检验和规格判断能够准确地分析和校正铁矿石样品的矿物质效应。 In the iron and steel industry, iron ore as a kind of iron materials, to accurate analysis of its components, and to want to get an accurate value for the total iron and sulfur content in iron ores, it is necessary to use X-ray fluorescence spectrometer fast, accurate, effective and automated analysis of iron ore, so that it can measure the quantitative elements in iron ore content, effect and scientific analysis of minerals, quick access to results. After the relevant data processing, through the quality inspection and the standard judgment can accurately analyze and correct the mineral effect of the iron ore sample.
