摘要
探讨了航天炉煤气化工艺中粉煤加压输送系统顺控改造的相关内容。通过对顺控程序中的一些条件和对现场管道、操作方法的改造,使得粉煤加压输送系统下料顺控得以投用,顺利完成了破桥工作,大大降低了工作人员的劳动强度,减少了误操作的次数,延长了阀门的使用寿命,保证了系统的稳定运行。
This paper discusses the aerospace furnace coal gasification process sequence delivery system transformation related content. Through the sequence program a number of conditions and on-site pipeline operation method of transformation, so that pulverized coal conveying system under pressure provides material sequence to put into use, the successful completion of the broken bridge work, greatly reducing the labor intensity of staff, reduce the number of misuse, extending the life of the valve, ensure the stable operation of the system.
