胃粘膜癌变过程中bcl-2 C-erbB-2蛋白的表达

The expression of bcl-2, C-erbB-2 protein in carcinogenesis of hastric mucosa

目的探讨胃癌发生过程中细胞增殖和凋亡失衡的机制。方法对 4 1例慢性浅表性胃炎 ,19例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生 ,2 2例不典型增生和 37例胃癌 ,应用免疫组化S -P法检测bcl 2、C erbB 2蛋白的表达 ,结果bcl 2在胃粘膜癌变过程中表达不断增加 ,其中不典型增生和胃癌组分别高于慢性浅表性胃炎组 (P <0 .0 1) ,胃癌组显著高于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生组 (P <0 .0 5 )。C erbB 2的表达也呈递增趋势 ,其中慢性浅表性胃炎组分别低于慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,不典型增生组(P <0 .0 1)和胃癌组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,结论胃粘膜癌变过程中bcl 2、C erbB 2的异常表达可能是胃粘膜细胞增殖和凋亡失衡的重要机制之一。

Objective To study the mechanism of apoptosis and proliferation of gastric mucosa in the courses of carcinogenesis.method S-P immunohistochemical analysis was used to detect the expression of bcl_2 and C_erbB_2 protein in superficial gastritis?atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia?dysplasia and gastric cancer. Result the expression of bcl_2 in dysplasia and gastric cancer groups was significantly higher than superficial gastritis group(p<0 01)? The positive rate of bcl_2 in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia group (p<0 01). The expression of C erbB_2 in superficial gastritis group was significantly lower than chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia group (p<0 05), dysplasia group (p<0 01) and gastric cancer group (p<0 05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of bcl_2 and C erbB_2 protein may be involved in the mechanism of gastric mucosal cell kinetic changes in the courses of gastric mucosal carcinogenesis.
