摘要
引进高层次人才是壮大高校人才队伍的必然要求,是参与国际竞争的动力源。在深化、细化高校高层次人才引进工作现存问题研究的基础上,从制定合理规划、创新引进方式、拓宽引进渠道、构筑人才高地、营造良好氛围、健全考核评价机制等方面提出加强和改进高校高层次人才队伍建设的可行对策。
High-level talent introduction is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the team of key personnel in colleges and universities,as well as a great power to facilitate the participation in international competition.Based on an in-depth and detailed study of problems existing in the introduction of high-level talents in the institutions of higher learning,some possible countermeasures have been advanced in order to reinforce and better the construction of high-level talent team,including making reasonable plans,innovating the ways and broadening the channels for the introduction,building a highland of talents,developing a favorable atmosphere and improving the evaluation mechanism.
