三种方法终止中期妊娠的临床研究

目的比较三种方法终止中期妊娠的临床效果。方法 15 6例中孕产妇 ,随机分为三组 ,(1)第一组用利凡诺 +炔雌醇 ,(2 )第二组用利凡诺 +炔雌醇 +米索前列醇 ,(3)第三组用米非司酮 +米索前列醇 +炔雌醇。观察并记录产程时间 ,产后出血量、产伤及副作用等。结果第二组和第三组产程时间及产后出血量少于第一组 ,而第三组更优于第二组。结论米非司酮 +米索前列醇 +炔雌醇用于中孕引产 ,安全、有效。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of thee ways of odynopoeia in middle pregnance. Methods 156 cases were divided into three groups at random,(1)Rivanol plus ethinylestradiol were administered to group 1,(2)Rivanol plus ethinylestradlol and misoprostol were used to group 2,(3)mffepdstone plus misoprostol and edlinylestradiol were administered to group 3,Then observe the duration of labor,bleeding in puerperal state,laceration and side effect.Results:The bleeding and duration of labor in second and third gronps were less than those in first gronp,the effects of third group were well than second group. Conclusion:mffepristone plus misoprostol and ethhylestradiol used in odynopoeia in middle pregnance is safe?effective and convenient.
