摘要
介绍了东曲煤矿运用新型注浆材料对14216采煤工作面及顺槽巷道的煤体进行加固,通过分析了对煤体注浆加固的作用原理,提出了预防冒顶及巷道失稳的措施,解决了因软弱顶板、工作面应力集中、顶板支护强度不够等各种原因造成的巷道变形、工作面垮帮、冒顶等问题。
This paper introduces Dongqu mine uses the new grouting material to reinforce the coal of 14216 working face and gateroad, solving the problems of roadway deformation, breaking down of working face and roof fall caused by loose roof, stress concentration of working face and weak strengthen of roof support and so on. It also analyses the principle of coal grouting strengthening, put forward the preventing meatheds of roof fall and roadway unstability.
