摘要
本文利用ANSYS软件分别针对轧机单片牌坊以及带有连接轴的双片牌坊分别进行模态分析,提取前10阶的振型和频率,找出针对本轧机的垂直振动阶次,以防止在轧机工作过程中产生共振,从而避免结构产生较大破坏的同时,也对2种模态分析方式进行比较,可得出结论:单片牌坊的模态分析缺少连接轴的作用,使得振型以及固有频率产生了一定的变化,而双片牌坊的模态分析则更为精确。
In this research, FEM method is used to conduct model analysis of single rack and double racks of rolling mills. With the help of ANSYS,preceding twenty mode shapes and frequency are calculated to find out the vertical frequencies of the rolling mills, which are beneficial to avoided the resonance and the corresponding damage. Moreover, by analyzing the two models, it is concludes that, due to the existence of connecting shaft, the model with single rack performs less accurate than that of the double one.
