中医药在麻醉学领域应用前景评述

Review on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in anesthesiology

目前,麻醉学领域存在诸多未能有效解决的问题,尤其是麻醉药物对机体的不良影响、重症患者对麻醉医生的挑战、围术期患者生命机能的调控、围术期重要器官功能的保护等仍是困扰麻醉医学的难题。笔者就现代麻醉学的临床应用中遇到的新问题和挑战,结合中国传统医学的优势,提出中医药学应在麻醉学中有所作为。从中医理论对现代麻醉学的指导、中医药对靶器官的保护、在重症患者中的急救及针刺复合麻醉等几个方面进行了初步探讨,为中医药学的继承和发展提供了新思路。

Now there are many problems need being effectively solved in anesthesiology field, especially narcotic drugs adverse effects on the body, patients with severe challenges for anesthesiologists, perioperative regulation of vital functions of patients, perioperative vital organ function protection is still plagued by the problem of anesthesiology. By summarizing the new problems and challenges encountered in the clinical application of modem anesthesiology, combining the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, the author put forward the traditional Chinese medicine should make a difference in anesthesiology. Modern anesthesiology guidance from the traditional Chinese medicine theory, Chinese medicine target organ protection aspects of first aid and acupuncture combined anesthesia in critically ill patients in a preliminary study, the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine provides a new idea.
