运用证素辨证理论探讨2型糖尿病中医辨证分型

Discussion on TCM syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes mellitus based on syndrome elements differentiation theory

2型糖尿病的中医分型缺乏统一、客观的标准,所涉及证型多而繁杂,治疗也各有侧重。由朱文锋教授创立的以证素为核心的辨证体系是建立在中医传统辨证理论基础之上,较之目前2型糖尿病的中医分型方法具有规范、客观、全面等特点,不仅使辨证方法较容易掌握,还大大提高了2型糖尿病临床辨证的准确性。

Due to the complex traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes and different treatments of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）, the unified and objective standard in TCM syndrome differentiation of T2DM was lacked. The syndrome differentiation system centered on syndrome elements set up by professor ZHU Wen-feng was established based on the TCM syndrome differentiation theory. Compared with the current TCM classification methods of T2DM, it had the characteristics of standard, objective and comprehensive, which not only made the syndrome differentiation methods easy to be mastered, but also improved the accuracy of the clinical syndrome differentiation of T2DM greatly.
