冯兴中教授治疗2型糖尿病经验

Professor FENG Xing-zhong's clinical experience in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

2型糖尿病属中医学消渴范畴,是以高血糖为主要特征的临床常见慢性代谢性疾病。冯兴中教授根据多年中西医治疗糖尿病的经验,认为2型糖尿病病因病机责之肝脾,病理关键责之"气虚生毒"。因此,治疗上以整体思辨、病证结合、分期论治为治则,强调未病先防,既病防变;从肝脾论治,益气养阴,疏肝健脾;扶"气虚"之正,解"热、湿、痰、瘀、风"之毒,运用中医药治疗2型糖尿病取得了较好的临床疗效。

Type 2 diabetes meUitus （T2DM） belonged to the category of consumptive thirst of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with high blood sugar as the main characteristic. Professor FENG Xing-zhong considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of T2DM mainly related to the liver and spleen, and the key pathological factors mainly related to the endogenous toxicity due to qi deficiency. The therapeutic principles of this disease were integral syndrome differentiation, combination of disease and syndrome and treatment in different stages. Treating T2DM with therapies of strengthening and consolidating body resistance and removing toxicities as heat, dampness, phlegm, blood stasis and wind could obtain good clinical curative effects.
