Experience in the treatment of secondary amenorrhea of professor MA Da-zheng

对马大正教授治疗闭经的临床经验进行总结。马大正教授认为该病不外虚实两大类型。虚者补养,续以疏导,血滞经闭,通宜得法,同时注重西为中用,知常达变。治疗虚者有益冲任、补肝肾、补气血之不同,实者有活血、理气、散寒、散结、化痰、渗湿、清热之异,临床上取得很好的疗效。

Clinical experience of professor MA Da-zheng in treatment of amenorrhea was summarized in this paper. Professor MA Da-zheng believes that the disease is nothing more than the deficiency and excess two types. Professor MA always treat deficiency syndrome with tonifying method, continued to dredge, amenorrhea due to stagnation of blood, dredge with the right approach, while focusing on the use of western medicine, knowing the specific changes by analysing general ones. And he treat deficiency-syndrome by coordinating chong and conception vessels, nourishing liver and kidney, supplementing qi and blood, and treat excess-syndrome by activating blood, regulating qi, expelling cold-evil, dissipating stagnation, reducing phlegm, dampness, clearing away heat. All those were achieved a good clinical efficacy.
