糖尿病性腹泻辨治初探

Discussion on differentiation and treatment of diabetic diarrhea

糖尿病性腹泻属于中医学"泄泻"范畴,内在病因常见肠道菌群失调,外在证候为脾虚湿困。临证治以补脾益气、祛湿止泻,投以补中益气汤疗效满意,推测其疗效的生物学基础可能为平衡肠道菌群,通过激发机体"自我修复"的内在潜能可能是中医药防治糖尿病性腹泻的途径之一。

Diabetic diarrhea belongs to the category of diarrhea of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, and its internal cause is alteration of intestinal flora and its external syndrome is syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency. Treating diabetic diarrhea with therapies as replenishing qi for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness for relieving diarrhea, and making Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the representative prescription can obtain satisfactory curative effect. The biological foundation of the curative effect may be the balancing action on intestinal flora. Stimulating the inner potential ability of self-healing in body may be one way of preventing and treating diabetic diarrhea with TCM.
