中医临床诊疗指南临床应用评价统计分析方法

Statistical analysis method for evaluating the clinical application of TCM clinical guidelines

由国家中医药管理局组织的中医临床诊疗指南临床应用评价采用调查问卷与临床应用调查表相结合的方法。根据调查表资料的特征和研究目的,可采用统计学描述、不构建比较组进行可信区间计算及与目标值比较、构建比较组进行统计学检验、多因素分析以校正混杂因素等3种统计分析方法进行多角度的深入分析。根据研究目的,科学、合理、深入利用相关的统计分析方法,是实现本研究项目价值的重要途径。

The evaluation on clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical guidelines organized by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine was carried out by using method of combination with questionnaire and questionnaire of clinical application. Three statistical analysis methods such as statistical description, to carry out the calculation in confidence intervals and make a comparison with target value on the premise of comparable groups were not built, and to carry out statistics tests and adjust confounding factors with multiple-factor analysis on the premise of comparable groups were built could be used to carry out a multi-angled and in-depth analysis according to the characteristic and research purpose of survey data. Using the relevant statistical analysis method reasonably, scientifically and deeply was an important way to realize the value of this project according to the research purpose.
