中药活性成分对类风湿关节炎滑膜细胞作用机制研究进展

Research review on the action mechanism of TCM active components for treating rheumatoid arthritis synovial cells

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种全身性、难治性、自身免疫性疾病,属于中医"痹症"范畴。中药活性成分治疗RA有悠久的临床应用历史。近年来,针对中药活性成分抗RA作用机制开展了大量的实验研究工作,主要表现在抗炎、镇痛和免疫调节等多方面。文章收集20余篇文献资料,从中药活性成分的干预作用方面,总结了中药活性成份对类风湿关节炎滑膜细胞作用机制的研究进展,归纳了研究中存在的问题和难点,并提出了研究思路。

Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA） is a refractory systemic autoimmune disease and in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, RA belongs to the arthralgia syndrome. Clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine active components in the treatment of RA has a long history. In recent years, a big amont of researches had been done on the mechanism of treating RA by traditional Chinese medicine active components, in the following aspects such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immunomodulatory. In this article, we collected more than 20 documents from the aspect of the intervention of TCM active components, comprehensively reviewed the research about action mechanism of TCM active components in treating RA synovial cells, and summarized the existing problems and difficulties in the research, and put forward the thought of research.
