高良姜总黄酮对营养性肥胖合并高脂血症大鼠减肥降脂作用研究 被引量:10

Study on anti-obese and hypolipidemic effects of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum Hance in rats with nutritive obesity combined with hyperlipidemia

摘要 目的:研究高良姜总黄酮(TFAO)对营养性肥胖合并高脂血症大鼠的减肥降脂作用。方法:建立营养性肥胖合并高脂血症大鼠模型,给药8周,通过观察体质量、Lee’s指数、脂体比,检测血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、ALP、leptin和血浆NPY,肝匀浆TC、TG、GSH、MDA的含量及GSH-Px、SOD、CAT活性来评价减肥降脂作用。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠的体质量、脂体比、Lee’s指数、血清TC、TG等含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组相比,TFAO组大鼠Lee’s指数、脂体比,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST、ALP、leptin,血浆NPY,肝匀浆TC、TG、MDA显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);肝脏GSH含量及GSH-Px、SOD、CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:高良姜总黄酮对营养性肥胖合并高脂血症大鼠有显著的减肥降脂作用。 Objective: To investigate the anti-obese and hypolipidemic effects of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarumHance (TFAO) in rats with nutritive obesity combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Nutritive obesity combined with hyperlipidemia model in rats were established. Body weight, the Lee's index, body fat ratio, serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, ALP, leptin, plasma NPY levels were determined after administration medicine for 8 weeks. In addition, the hepatic TC, TG, GSH, MDA, GSH-Px, SOD and CAT were determined to evaluate the effect of lipid-lowering diet. Results: Compared with normal control group, the body weight, body fat ratio, Lee's index, serum TC, TG and others biochemical parameters levels of rats in model group were significantly increased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, Lee's index, body fat ratio, serum TC, TG, LDL-C, ALT, AST, ALP, AI, leptin, plasma NPY, hepatic TC, TG, MDA of rats in TFAO groups decreased significantly (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). However, hepatic GSH content and GSH-Px, SOD, CAT activities increased significantly (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: TFAO has significant anti-obese and hypolipidemic effects on rats with nutritive obesity combined hyperlipidemia.
