基于关联算法的肝纤维化方药的筛选研究

Research on screening of formulas and herbs for treatment of hepatic fibrosis based on association algorithm

目的:筛选中医治疗肝纤维化的方药,研究中医治疗肝纤维化的临床用药规律。方法:采用关联规则算法,分析肝纤维化与中医疾病、症状、药物等要素间的对应关系。结果:筛选出与肝纤维化相关的中医病名、症名、方剂、中药及其病症药之间的对应关系。结论:关联算法能有效筛选防治肝纤维化相关方药,肝纤维化疾病以脏腑癥积类、虚劳类疾病为主,主要的药对有莪术与三棱、青皮与陈皮、槟榔与川木香、川芎与当归、茯苓与白术等。

Objective： To screen the formulas and herbs for treatment of hepatic fibrosis, and study the clinical medication rules of treating hepatic fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods： The correspondence relationships between hepatic fibrosis and TCM diseases, symptoms and drugs were analyzed by using association algorithm. Results： The related names of TCM diseases of hepatic fibrosis, symptom names, prescriptions, herbs and correspondence relationships among diseases, syndromes and herbs were screened out. Conclusion： Association algorithm could be used to screen the related prescriptions and herbs for the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis effectively. The diseases of hepatic fibrosis gave priority to diseases of abdominal mass and consumptive in zang-fu viscera, and the main herb pairs for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis were zedoray rhizome and bturied rubber, immature tangerine peel and tangerine peel, areca seed and common aucklandia root, sichuan lovage rhizome and Chinese angelica, Indian bread and largehead atractylodes rhizome and so on.
