基于数据挖掘的《儒门事亲》用药规律分析

Analysis on composition principles in the Rumen Shiqin based on data mining

目的:基于数据挖掘分析张从正《儒门事亲》的用药规律。方法:收集《儒门事亲》中符合纳入标准的方剂206首,涉及中药210种。利用Excel软件建立《儒门事亲》方药数据库,采用SPSS 17.0和clementine 12.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:使用频次≥20的中药依次为甘草、大黄、当归、生姜、牵牛、人参、川芎、白术、黄芩、滑石、茯苓、陈皮;经过关联规则分析,共得到关联规则31组;经过聚类共得到核心药物组合9对。结论:结果显示张从正无论是在药物使用频率还是方剂配伍中,都重视脾胃学说,善用补益脾胃之品。

Objective： To analysis on composition principles in the Rumen Shiqin of ZHANG Cong-zheng based on data mining. Methods： Two hundred and six formula confirmed to the inclusion criteria were collected in the Rumen Shiqin, including 210 kinds of Chinese medicine. The database was established by Excel, and the descriptive analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis were conducted with SPSS 17.0 and Clementine 12.0. Results： Frequency analysis showed that the Chinese medicine the frequency of which was more than 20 as follows： Gancao, Dahuang, Danggui, Shengjiang, Qianniu, Renshen, Chuanxiong, Baizhu, Huangqin, Huashi, Fuling, Chenpi. There were 31 sets in association rule by association rule analysis. And 9 pairs of core Chinese medicine combination come out by cluster analysis. Conclusion： The results show that ZHANG Cong- zheng pays attention to the spleen-stomach theory and is good at using the medicine strengthening the spleen and stomach from the frequency and the combination.
