荔橘昆藻汤配合心理疗法治疗急性附睾炎60例疗效总结

Summary on curative effect of treating 60 acute epididymitis patients with combination of Liju Kunzao Decoction and psychotherapy

目的:探讨荔橘昆藻汤配合心理疗法治疗急性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组60例,口服左氧氟沙星片治疗。治疗组60例,在对照组基础上口服荔橘昆藻汤并配合心理疗法治疗,28d为1个疗程;对比分析治疗两组前后患者临床症状、体征、阴囊多普勒超声检查结果等指标及总有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01);在局部症状和体征缓解时间、调节患者精神心理障碍等方面治疗组较对照组为优(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:荔橘昆藻汤配合心理疗法治疗急性附睾炎有显著的临床疗效及优势。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of treating acute epididymitis with combination of Liju Kunzao Decoction and psychotherapy. Methods： Sixty patients in treatment group were treated with combination of Liju Kunzao Decoction and psychotherapy, and 60 patients in control group treated with peroral Levofloxacin. The indexes as clinical symptoms, physical signs, ultrasound examination results of scrotum and so on of patients in the two groups of pretherapy and post-treatment were compared and analyzed. Results： The curative effect of the two groups was both satisfactory, but the differences in improvements in local symptoms, ameliorable time of physical signs, regulation on mental psychological disturbance and so on between the two groups were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Liju Kunzao Decoction has significant curative effects and advantages in the treatment of acute epididymitis.
