高瓦斯工作面高抽巷快速成巷技术的模拟研究

摘要 采用预掘高抽巷进行采前、采中瓦斯抽采技术,解决高瓦斯工作面瓦斯超限引起的系列灾害事故,是淮南矿区成功瓦斯治理的根本措施之一。本文以丁集煤矿1341(1)工作面为工程背景,针对顶板高抽巷布置层位、支护方案进行FLAC3D数值模拟分析,得到锚网索支护、矩形断面开掘的距11-2煤顶板法线距30m的1341(1)高抽巷,能快速成巷、围岩稳定性好,抽采效果显著,成功的工程实践表明:模拟为同类条件下高抽巷快速成巷、高效抽采提供了可靠预判。 The pre excavation of high level suction roadway mining, mining gas drainage technology, solve disallowed gas concentration in high gassy working face caused by series of disasters and accidents, is one of the key measures of gas control in Huainan mine successfully. In this paper, Ding set coal mine 1341(1) working face as the engineering background, the roof high pumping Lane layout layer, supporting scheme were FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis, get the bolt mesh cable branch support, rectangular section excavation of 11-2 Coal Seam Roof of normal distance from 30m 1341(1)high level suction roadway, can quickly form an Xiang, good stability of surrounding rock, drainage effect is remarkable and successful engineering practice show that: simulation under similar conditions for high pumping Lane fast lane, efficient pumping production provides a reliable anticipation.
