摘要
目的:观察韭菜子水提物对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用的影响。方法:采用常压窒息法、游泳实验及跑步机力竭实验观察韭菜子水提取物的耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用,检测力竭小鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:韭菜子不同剂量水提取物能够延长小鼠的游泳时间和缺氧状况下的存活时间,增加正常小鼠的力竭时间,增加力竭小鼠血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量,与空白组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:韭菜子提取物具有增强小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用的功效。
Objective: To investigate the hypoxia tolerance and antifatigue function of Allium tuberosum seeds extract. Methods: To evaluate hypoxia tolerance and antifatigue function of Allium tuberosum seeds extract by weight loading swimming test,bearing hypoxia at normal pressure and running machine test,meanwhile determined serum SOD activity and MDA content. Results: Allium tuberosum seeds extract could prolong the time in the experiment of swimming with weight loading,anti- hypoxia experiment using smothering method and running machine test,increase serum SOD activity and decrease MDA content,there were statistical significance to compare with control group( P ﹤ 0. 01 or P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion: Allium tuberosum seeds extract possess the effects of hypoxia tolerance and antifatigue.
