摘要
为了解我国高校图书馆社会化服务的水平和质量,对38所"985"高校图书馆的门户网站进行调研。从对外规章制度的制定、服务项目类别、服务收费标准、特色化服务开展、用户反馈栏目设置等五个方面总结高校图书馆社会化服务的现实状况,对数据统计和相关实践的分析发现我国高校图书馆社会化服务尚存在以下问题:对外规章制度模糊、外借服务受限、智力服务稀缺、服务收费标准杂乱、特色服务形式单一以及缺少对用户反馈的处理等。针对这些问题提出相关建议,以期推动我国高校图书馆社会化服务的顺利发展。图2。表1。参考文献21。
To understand the level and quality of university library socialized service in China, this paper con- ducts a survey on thirty-eight portal websites of "985" university libraries. It sums up the reality of socialized service of university libraries from five aspects, which are rules and regulations for the public, service items, service charge standard, characteristic services, and the setup of user feedback column. Through analyzing the statistical data and relevant practices, it finds out that the problems of socialized service in university libraries in China are as follows: fuzzy external rules, limited lending services, scarce intelligence services, complicated service charging standard, single featured services and lack of user feedback processing. Finally, it puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to promote the smooth development of the socialization of university library services. 2 figs. 1 tab. 21 refs.
