慕课对老年医学教学改革的启示

Popularity of massive open online course and its enlightenment on teaching reform of geriatrics education

慕课是指大规模开放在线课程,是信息时代的新型教育模式,慕课教学是继个别教学、班级授课以来教育界最大的一次革命。慕课最早出现于美国,并在欧洲和日本等国家得到了快速发展。2013年以来,我国著名大学也纷纷开展慕课教学。与传统课堂教学相比,慕课资源开放,应用了大量信息技术,并通过"翻转课堂"提高学习效率,教学理念先进;慕课课程由知名学者授课,应用多媒体素材和技术精心制作,内容短小精干,呈现出精品化特点;慕课课程安排符合认知心理学,教学过程趣味性强,教学设计合理;慕课通过学生之间互评、老师点评、网上交流等方式进行教学效果考评,评价方式灵活多样。随着社会老龄化发展,老年医学教育变得越来越重要。老年医学教学须借鉴慕课的优点,树立以学生为中心的观念,倡导传统教学与网络教学相结合的模式,积极应用信息技术提高教学效率和效果;紧跟学术前沿,结合临床病例,并在教学过程中渗透人文精神,从而优化教学内容;老年医学教育也需鼓励名师授课,运用最新的技术方法,紧扣核心知识,改进教学设计;注意应用开卷考试、专题论文、实践操作考核等多种方法创新评价方式,提高教学效果。总之,慕课作为一种新型的教学模式,引发了一场学习和教育的革命,慕课正在对传统教育造成影响,需要主动参与,积极利用,从而提高教学效果。

MOOC means massive open online course ,which is a new kind of education mode in the information era. MOOC is the biggest revolution in education history since the individual teaching, class teaching education was widely used in the world. MOOC was firstly appeared in the USA and then fast developed in Japan and Europe countries. Since 2013, MOOC also got rapid development in the famous universities in China. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching, MOOC is an open course resource. In the MOOC teaching, a large amount of information technology was used. At the same time a new kind of teaching mode called flipped classroom appeared. The learning efficiency was improved greatly. Therefore, MOOC is an advanced teaching idea. Generally speaking, MOOC was taught by famous scholars using multimedia and technology. The MOOC content is short and good. Therefore, MOOC is elaborate works. MOOC arrangement conformed to the cognitive psychology and reasonably, the teaching process was interesting. Students can estimate each other, while teacher also can comments the students. Online communication and other ways of teaching effect evaluation were used. So, the evaluation means of MOOC is agile and diversiform. With the aging of society development, Geriatrics education is be- coming more and more important. Geriatrics education should learn the advantages of MOOC. Firstly, the students centered idea should be established. Secondly,the information technology should be used to improve teaching efficiency and effect. To follow the academic front, clinical cases and infiltrate humanistic spirit should be pay more attention in the teaching process. Geriatrics education should also encourage the good teachers to use the new method to improve their teaching design. Open book examination, special papers, practice assessment method and so on should be used to improve the effect of teaching. In short, as a new teaching mode, MOOC sparked a revolution in learning and education. MOOC have a major impact on the traditional education. We need actively participate in the revolutionary wave and actively use the MOOC mode, thus to improve the teaching effect.
