摘要
某铜矿属特大型低品位斑岩型铜矿,铜资源及伴生金属储量大,但其主伴金属原矿品位低,地处高海拔地区。对原矿石进行详细的工艺矿物学研究,根据矿石有用矿物的浸染特性、嵌布状态和种类及含量等性质,选择粗磨抛尾工艺。通过不同细度对铜、钼指标影响的试验研究,以及矿石的可磨度和功指数研究,确定最优粗磨磨矿细度为-0.074mm占55%。
A porphyry copper deposit is a large and low-grade deposit. It has large copper and associated metals reserves, but the grade is low and it is located at high altitude area. The technological mineralogy of raw ore was carried out. According to the ore characteristics such as the dissemination, embedment conditions, type and content of valuable minerals, the coarse grinding technique was chosen. Through studying the influence of different grinding fineness on concentrate grade and recovery rate of copper, and the ore grindability and work index, the best grinding fineness was determined, and it was -0. 074mm 55%.
