跟骨骨折内固定术后两种不同引流方式的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究跟骨骨折内固定术后持续冲洗引流与负压吸引两种不同的引流方式对切口愈合的影响。方法:将47例(48足)闭合跟骨骨折行切开复位内固定术患者随机分为两组,持续引流冲洗组:术后应用生理盐水持续冲洗48~72 h,引流管中无血性液体12 h后,拔出进水管,6~8 h后拔出引流管;负压引流组:术后刀口内留置引流管,持续负压引流48~72 h,在24 h引流出血性液体〈20 ml后,拔除引流管,观察两组患者刀口甲级愈合率并做统计学分析。结果:47例(48足)跟骨骨折术后刀口全部愈合,持续引流冲洗组:22足甲级愈合,2足乙级愈合,甲级愈合率91.67%;负压引流组:20足甲级愈合,4足乙级愈合,甲级愈合率83.33%。结论:持续冲洗引流可有效预防跟骨骨折内固定术后皮肤感染、坏死,提高切口愈合率。
