摘要
对金精矿焙烧氰化冶炼系统氰化调碱进行研究,试验考察了调碱药剂和调碱方式对金银浸出率的影响,为生产控制提供依据。试验结果表明,最好的调碱方式是先用100%的氢氧化钠调pH至10,再添加碳酸氢铵。
The cyanide adjusting alkali process in gold concentrate roasting and leaching system was studied.The effect of regent and method of adjusting alkali on the gold and silver leaching rate was investigated in test to provide the basis for the production control.The experimental results show that the best way is to tune pH to 10 with 100% sodium hydroxide,then add ammonium bicarbonate.
