锰硅合金多层浇铸新工艺简介

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF NEW MANGANESE SILICON MULTILAYERED CASTING TECHNOLOGY

根据生产需要,开发了锰硅合金多层浇铸新工艺,即搭建浇铸机构后,按照浇铸流程及要求,进行多层重复浇铸,既节约了锭模、成品斗等费用,又省去了一次精整的人工成本,大大减少了碎铁面的产生,降低了生产成本。又从理论上分析了晶体的形成及浇注温度确定。通过产品质量情况说明了采用此方法可生产出高品质的锰硅合金。

According to actual demand of production, developed new technology of manganese silicon multilayered casting, namely, after setting up casting machine system, conducted multilayer repeated casting based on casting flow. It reduced expenses of ingot mold, finished product bucket etc., meanwhile, saved labor costs of finishing, reduced occurrence of crushed metal and production cost. Theoretically analyzed the formation of crystalline and confirmation of casting temperature. Product quality proved that this method can produce high qualified manganese silicon.
