摘要
为解决由于单炉重量的增加及过程控制原因,致使锆锭中心部位容易形成致密结构,造成镁氯夹杂影响成品质量问题。根据生产实践,从还原反应熔体温度、反应面温度、反应成核速度、晶体生长速度等几方面对海绵锆锭硬芯的成因进行剖析,找出其主要原因,为彻底消除硬芯提供了理论依据。
In order to solve problems due to the increased weight of a single furnace and process control reasons, resulting in the central part of zirconium ingots easily form a dense structure, causing C1 mixed with Mg,affecting product quality. According to production practice, analyzed the reasons from the reduction reaction's melt temperature, surface temperature, the reaction speed of nucleation, crystal growth and other aspects of the causes of a hard core of zirconium sponge ingot, to find out the main reasons, provided a theoretical basis for complete elimination of the hard core.
