硅铁电炉低压补偿技术的探讨

摘要 为了解决大型硅铁电炉运行功率因数低、冶炼操作不稳定的难题,通过对大型硅铁电炉一次侧高压补偿与二次低压补偿的合理搭配,调整工艺操作,使得功率因数从0.57提升到0.78,产品冶炼单耗略有降低,炉台产量提高10%以上,通过工艺调整达到节能降耗、优化能源系统的目的。 In order to solve puzzles of low power factor, unstable smelting operation of large-scale ferrosilicon furnace, through rational combination of large-scale ferrosilicon furnace primary side high pressure compensation and secondary low pressure compensation, adjusting process operation to promote power factor from 0.57 to 0.78, reduced unit consumption, the furnace production showed a 10 percent increase. It can achieve the purpose of energy-saving and cost- reducing and energy system optimization.
