摘要
城市轨道交通的发展与土地利用发展息息相关。文章旨在研究北京城市轨道交通沿线的土地利用发展演变规律,为促进北京城市轨道交通与土地利用相互协调提供判别依据。首先阐述北京城市轨道交通运营线网的发展变化进程,分析了城市轨道交通对城市空间布局的整体影响,然后,以城市轨道交通车站周边2 km范围内每250 m划分为1个区域,借助Arc GIS软件分析2003、2007和2010年3个不同时点城市轨道交通线路沿线、城市轨道交通不同类型站点周边土地利用性质、强度随站点距离的变化。最后,判别城市轨道交通线路、站点对城市空间布局、周边土地利用类型和强度的影响规律,为促进城市空间合理布局奠定基础。
The paper aims to study the development rule of land use along Beijing transit, and provides a basis for mutual coordination between transit and land use in Beijing. Firstly the paper introduces Beijing transit network operation development process, makes analysis of the overall impact of transit on urban space layout, and secondly by taking station of transit as a center within the area of 2 km as radius around, and divide it into a region by per 250 m, with the aid of ArcGIS software, the paper makes analysis of the years of 2003, 2007, and 2010 of the transit along the routes, different type of transit station vicinity land use, intensity changes with station distance. Thirdly, the paper identifies the influence rule of transit line, stations on city space layout, the type and intensity of vicinity land use, providing the foundations for urban space rational layout.
