参附注射液在食管癌辅助化疗综合治疗中的应用分析

Effect analysis of shenfu injection on esophageal cancer patients treated with adjuvant chemotherapy treatment

目的探讨参附注射液在食管癌患者辅助化疗过程中的应用价值。方法选取60例食管癌患者,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予相同的食管癌切除术与辅助化疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用参附注射液。在第一次化疗前3 d、第1疗程化疗后第6天及化疗结束后第10天时对患者的生活质量、心理状况、血细胞水平进行评定。结果两组患者生活质量评分、VAS评分、及SAS评分均有升高(P<0.05),但观察组患者改善较对照组患者明显(P<0.05)。两组患者化疗后均有血细胞水平下降,但观察组患者下降幅度较小,且恢复较快(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者应用使用参附注射液的辅助化疗综合治疗,可以明显改善患者生活质量,降低其恐惧、焦虑水平,减轻化疗药物的骨髓抑制等毒副作用。

Objective To observe the effect of shenfu injection to side-effect of chemotherapy on esophageal cancer patients. Methods 100 patients were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. All esophageal cancer patients were treated with adjuvant chemotherapy. Patients in observation group added shenfu injection 50 mLiv drid, d3 before the treatment, d6, dlO to convitional chemotherapy. QLQ-C30, VAS, SAS value and blood cell levels of the two＇ s were collected. Results The side-effect of patients in observation groups were significantly less than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）, while quality of life of the patients in observation groups improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The shenfu injection could decrease significantly the side effects of chemotherapy for esophageal cancer patients, while raise the immunological function and life quality.
