宫腔镜联合腹腔镜行宫颈输卵管插管疏通术的价值研究

Research on the value of cervical tubal intubation by means of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

目的探讨宫腔镜联合腹腔镜下宫颈输卵管插管疏通术的临床应用价值。方法收集2013年1月~2014年6月收治的输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者64例,根据手术方法的不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜下宫颈输卵管插管疏通术,对照组行单纯宫腔镜宫颈输卵管插管疏通术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的输卵管通畅率为86.11%,显著高于对照组的53.57%（P〈0.05）;观察组无并发症发生,与对照组的并发症发生率14.29%比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜联合腹腔镜下宫颈输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管性不孕症可实现输卵管再通,提高妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of cervical tubal intubation by means of hysteroseopy combined with laparoscopy. Methods The observation group underwent cervical tubal intubation by means of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy, and the control group was only hydrotubation by tube insertion with hysteroseope. Then the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The tubal patency rate of observation group was 86.11%, significantly higher than the 53.57% of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group with no complications, compared with 14.29% in the control group were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cervical tubal intubation by means of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of oviduct infertility can achieve clear tubal recanalization, improve the pregnancy rate, should be widely applied.
