试论育人为本与大学生思想政治教育机制

On the Concept of Human-Centered Education and the Mechanism of College Students' Ideological and Political Education

"育人为本"是"以人为本"理念在学校教育中的具体体现和实现人的全面发展的必然要求。"育人为本"确立了思想政治教育机制的价值定位,为思想政治教育机制的价值目标确立和实现途径明确了方向;"育人为本"不仅引领大学生思想政治教育的教学机制、管理机制,还决定着大学生思想政治教育的评价机制;"育人为本"决定着大学生思想政治教育机制运行的总要求:教育政策制度的制定要以人的全面发展为目标,教育环境的构建要有利于大学生的健康成长,教育管理队伍要以"三严三实"为总要求。

Human -centered education turns to be the concrete embodiment of people -centered concept in college education and the necessary requirement of realizing people＇s all - round development. Human - centered education not only establishes the value orientation of ideological and political education mechanism, but guides the direction of the establishment and implementation of its value target. Meanwhile, the concept of human - centered education leads the teaching mechanism and management mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education mechanism as well as determines the evaluation mechanism of it. Human - centered education decides the overall requirements of education mechanismg operation from the following aspects： the formulation of education policies and systems should aim people＇s all- round development as the goal; the building of educational environment should be beneficial to undergraduates＇ healthy growth; the teaching and management team should persist in three strictness and steadiness as the general requirement.
