摘要
通过对直接蒸发式新风除湿加干盘管空调系统运行性能开展试验研究,分析了在不同室外工况、不同新回风比、不同室内负荷显热比工况下,该空调系统的运行特性及室内温湿度控制效果。结果表明,环境参数的改变对室内温湿度的影响不大,温度偏离设定值小于1.3℃,湿度偏离设定值小于9.5%;当室外新风温度和湿度较小时,增大新回风比可以有效满足室内湿负荷增加的需求,维持风机盘管干工况运行;该系统在室内湿负荷不大的情况下(显热比大于0.8)情况下有很好的适应性。
An experimental study is carried out on the performance of direct evaporation air dehumidification and dry-coil air conditioning system,in order to analyze the performance of the system and the effect of indoor temperature and humidity control under different environment conditions,different fresh air ratio and different indoor SHR.The result shows that there is little effect on indoor temperature and humidity,when environment condition is changed.Temperature and humidity deviates from the set val-ue is less than 1.3℃ and 9.5%.On the condition of low outdoor temperature and humidity,the needs of moisture load increased can be effectively met,by the way of increasing fresh air ratio,and the coil can be insured working at dry condition.The system is well adapted to the condition of low moisture load (indoor SHR〉0.8).
